Keutschacherhof stands for ENJOYMENT! In order to ensure a relaxing stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to take note of the following information and house rules:

RECEPTION OPENING HOURS: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM

ROOM HANDOVER: 3:00 PM – DEPARTURE: no later than 11:00 AM

BREAKFAST is served between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM. Please order breakfast by 6:00 PM the day before.

SWIMMING IN THE PRIVATE POOL: Use at your own risk until further notice – it is not part of the hotel services. OPENING HOURS: 9:30 AM to 20:00 PM. CHILDREN must always be supervised by parents.

USE OF SUNBEDS: from 9:00 AM to 20:00 PM – please only lie on them – do not jump, stand, or dance on them.

QUIET TIMES: Afternoon rest: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and nighttime rest: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. In the garden, we request a generally moderate volume to avoid disturbing other guests. In the rooms, please keep music, television, discussions, etc. at a room volume.

For DAILY CLEANING, please hang the green cleaning signs on the outside of your door by 10:00 AM.

EXCHANGE OF HAND- AND BATH TOWELS is done if you leave them on the floor. It is not allowed to take them to the garden or the lake as beach towels.

DRINKS AND SMALL SNACKS can be ordered during the reception opening hours.

FRIDGES (ground floor) can be used at “own risk.”

RECEPTION and the family are happy to receive any SUGGESTIONS AND WISHES at any time.
